In this role, you will own the quality function for our data and model pipeline-designing end-to-end processes, defining success metrics, and creating the feedback loops that drive continuous improvement across data collection, labeling, and model development. You'll work across the entire organization-engineering, research, autonomy, supply chain, operations, and on-site data teams-to align requirements, remove obstacles, and ensure high-quality data is delivered at scale. You will also partner closely with our research team to help design and operationalize evaluation protocols that measure data quality, model performance, and task coverage with rigor and consistency. Your work will directly influence the intelligence, reliability, and safety of Nimble's frontier AI-driven robots.
