## About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in AI/LLM integration, modern Next.js development, and distributed systems architecture. The ideal candidate is an AI-first developer who actively uses tools like Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to accelerate development and help drive AI engineering best practices across the team.
Key Requirements
AI / LLM Integration (Must Have)

 * Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLMs into production applications.
 * Experience with:

 * Prompt engineering
 * Streaming responses
 * Confidence scoring and evaluation
 * Hallucination mitigation
 * Human-in-the-loop workflows
 * Agentic AI solutions
 * Active user of AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.
 * Ability to establish AI-driven development workflows and best practices.

Architecture & System Design

 * Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and justify technical decisions.
 * Experience building cloud-native, distributed applications.

Event-Driven Architecture

 * Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies.
 * Strong understanding of asynchronous workflows and event-driven systems.

Database Design

 * Experience designing solutions using Cosmos DB, MongoDB, or other document databases.
 * Strong understanding of NoSQL data modeling and scalability patterns.

Next.js (Must Have)

 * Proven experience with Next.js, including:

 * App Router
 * Server Components
 * Server Actions
 * React experience alone is not sufficient.

Preferred

 * Experience with Azure cloud services.
 * Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
 * Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills.
