This role requires a passionate, innovative, and collaborative designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in human-centered design practices., * 8+ years of professional UX design experience * Strong experience designing for web, mobile, and responsive applications * Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process, visual design, and interaction design * Experience creating interactive prototypes and design systems * Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design best practices * Familiarity with front-end technologies and design handoff processes, * Strong visual design capabilities * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision * Experience writing detailed UX specifications, workflows, and information architecture * Ability to influence stakeholders and defend design decisions * Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required ## Description Planning & Discovery * Lead ideation sessions using sketches, whiteboards, sticky notes, and design tools. * Identify user needs and business requirements through research and analysis. * Recommend innovative UX improvements backed by research and competitive analysis. * Validate design decisions using data and usability insights. UX & Visual Design * Design intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. * Create wireframes, user flows, high- and low-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. * Design navigation patterns, components, and templates that align with brand standards. * Create engaging micro-interactions that enhance usability. * Partner with UX researchers to conduct usability testing and iterate designs.
