## About the Role

* Experience with low-voltage cabling (copper and fiber)
 * Familiarity with telecom tools and cable testing equipment
 * Ability to read and understand construction drawings and diagrams
 * Basic knowledge of data center infrastructure and cabling systems
 * Understanding of wiring standards, labeling, and installation practices
 * Strong attention to detail and quality
 * Ability to follow direction and work within a team environment
 * Basic understanding of job site safety requirements

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods
 * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
 * Ability to pull cable and work with hands regularly
 * Ability to climb ladders and work at heights

## Description

* Install and decommission network and cabling infrastructure in data center environments
 * Pull, route, and terminate low-voltage copper and fiber cabling
 * Perform cable testing (continuity, copper, fiber) and validate connectivity
 * Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and port maps
 * Install cable pathways including ladder rack, fiber trough, and strut systems
 * Label cables, equipment, and power connections accurately
 * Install and support network equipment and patching
 * Maintain quality workmanship and ensure clean, organized work areas
 * Follow all safety standards, codes, and best practices
 * Communicate progress and collaborate with team members to resolve issues
