+ Oversee the full software implementation cycle for Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
 + Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to customize software solutions accordingly.
 + Facilitate comprehensive training for clients on the software's features and best practices.
 + Work in tandem with various departments to address and resolve any implementation hurdles promptly.
 + Maintain precise documentation of each implementation process and client interactions within our CRM system.
 + Collect and analyze client feedback post-implementation to drive continuous improvement in services and solutions.
 + Stay informed on the latest software updates and trends to provide effective support to clients.
