## Description

We're a product team building an AI-powered platform for the HR space - modern stack, short iteration cycles, real user feedback. You'll build features end-to-end: from the database layer through API design to the UI.

 * End-to-end development of new features: backend services, APIs, and frontend components
 * Contribute to our microservice architecture (TypeScript/Node.js, Python/FastAPI)
 * Frontend development with Next.js, React, and Tailwind
 * Database design and migration with PostgreSQL and Prisma
 * Integration of external services and AI APIs
 * Code reviews, technical documentation, and active input on development standards
