## Description

* Im 2nd-Level Support / vor Ort Support unseres Kunden stehen Sie bei Fragen oder Problemen mit Ihrem IT-Fachwissen bereit und unterstützen damit die Arbeit der IT Consultants (z.B. Durchführung von Rollouts, Installationen beim Kunden und Betreuung von sonstigen Hardware-Produkten)
 * Dabei arbeiten Sie mit dem Ticketsystem und stehen den Ratsuchenden als Ansprechperson kompetent, geduldig und freundliche zur Seite.
 * Sie übernehmen auch IT Beratungen am Telefon, schalten sich eventuell per Remote dazu.
 * Nicht zuletzt dokumentieren Sie Ihre Vorgänge gewissenhaft, legen selbstständig Prioritäten fest und bringen Ihre Ideen ins Team ein.
