Desirable: * Professional certifications in IT security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH). * Master's degree in IT Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Experience: * Proven experience in IT management with a strong focus on cybersecurity, preferably in a multi-location or global organisation. * Experience in developing and implementing IT security strategies and managing IT infrastructure. * Experience in conducting security risk assessments and managing security incidents. Skills and Behaviours: * Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead a team of IT and security professionals. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic approach to managing IT operations and security. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in IT management and security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability assessment software. * Ability to stay current with emerging IT security trends, technologies, and threats. ## Description We are seeking a Head of IT & Security to lead and oversee IT operations and cybersecurity across all company locations at ECA International. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems, while developing and implementing robust security strategies to protect the organisation from evolving cyber threats.
