## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
 * Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Idealerweise bringen Sie außerdem mit:

## Description

* Leitung eines Expertenteams im Bereich IT Service Excellence sowie Moderation regelmäßiger bereichsübergreifender Austauschformate
 * Identifikation und Priorisierung relevanter Themen wie User Centricity, Service Management, Cyber Security, User Communication und IT Service Continuity Management
 * Vorbereitung strategischer Entscheidungen gemeinsam mit Fachexpertinnen und Fachexperten
 * Moderation von Workshops und Entscheidungsprozessen sowie Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Umsetzung
 * Entwicklung und Einführung standardisierter IT-Service-Prozesse und Best Practices über verschiedene Organisationseinheiten hinweg
 * Verantwortung für eine transparente Stakeholder-Kommunikation vor und nach wichtigen Entscheidungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Fachbereichen, Business- und IT-Teams
 * Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte innerhalb des IT Service Excellence Umfelds
 * Vertretung des Fachbereichs in internen sowie externen Gremien
