 + Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
 + Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to product development.
 + Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues until fully resolved.
 + Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide informed support.
