## About the Role

+ Providing technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network)
 + Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, servers, and network systems
 + Troubleshooting incidents and resolving technical issues end-to-end
 + Managing network infrastructure (routers, switches, connectivity)
 + Installing and maintaining business applications (Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM)
 + Managing IT inventory and software licenses
 + Supporting backup systems and data integrity
 + Maintaining technical documentation (systems, configurations, incidents)
What we're looking for

 + Degree or vocational training in IT (or equivalent experience)
 + Previous experience in IT support / systems / networking roles
 + Solid knowledge of:
o Windows environments
o Network troubleshooting
o Hardware and system configuration

 + Professional level of Spanish and English, desirable Russian and/or Armenian, + Técnico
