## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support preferred

 * Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
 * Familiarity with MFA tools and account management
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 * Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with Active Directory or ticketing systems
 * Knowledge of remote desktop support tools
 * Understanding of basic networking concepts and internet troubleshooting

## Description

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to end users in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware, software, internet connectivity, and user access issues while delivering excellent customer service., * Provide technical support to users via phone, email, chat, or remote tools

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues
 * Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and MFA setup using Microsoft Authenticator
 * Diagnose internet and VPN connectivity problems
 * Use Command Prompt (CMD) tools such as ping, ipconfig, tracert, and nslookup for troubleshooting
 * Create, update, and manage support tickets in the ticketing system
 * Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support teams
 * Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based systems and applications
 * Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions
 * Deliver professional customer service while handling technical issues
