## About the Role

+ Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 services, including Intune.
 + Hands-on expertise in device provisioning and lifecycle management.
 + Strong knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, and troubleshooting.
 + Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and device identity management.
 + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to support and train users.
Ideally, you also bring:

 + Certifications in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert).
 + PowerShell scripting knowledge for automation and troubleshooting.
 + Familiarity with hardware procurement and vendor management.
 + Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
 + Spanish skills are a plus

What you will do:

 + Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for provisioning, configuration, and compliance across devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
 + Oversee hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
 + Configure and enforce security policies for endpoint devices, ensuring updates, patching, and antivirus compliance.
 + Monitor device performance and ensure adherence to organizational policies using Intune and M365 tools.
 + Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and deploy modern workplace solutions.
 + Provide technical support for M365 services, focusing on hardware and software integration., We are a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team based in Madrid. Together, we work on cutting-edge projects to transform the modern workplace and deliver exceptional results.
