## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields
 * 3+ years of experience in developing, deploying and scaling machine learning models to production
 * Experience with NLP or other machine learning technologies, machine learning techniques and tools like Torch or Tensorflow
 * Good experience in working with Python and Scala
 * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
 * Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable with ambiguity and open-ended questions
 * End-to-end ownership, from prototyping a model to deploying and monitoring it in production

Nice to have:

 * Master's degree in a related field
 * Understanding of cloud-based services, especially Google Cloud Platform or AWS
 * Knowledge of NoSQL database systems
 * Knowledge of agile software development techniques
 * Experience with agent engineering and AI tools like Cursor, Claude etc.
