 * Einführung neuer Technologien und Best Practices zur Optimierung interner Tools und Softwareentwicklungsumgebungen
 * Monitoring und Optimierung der IT-Betriebs- und Securityprozesse (z. B. Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Patch- und Schwachstellenmanagement)
