## Description

Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Systemlandschaft inklusive angebundener Systeme (BI, CRM, DMS, PLM, SAGE)
-Betreuung und Optimierung von Schnittstellen sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Systembetriebs
-Verwaltung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von SQL-Datenbanken und Datenstrukturen inkl. Sicherstellung der Datenqualität
-Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
-Planung und Umsetzung interner IT-Projekte sowie kontinuierliche Systemverbesserung
-Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und technischer Dokumentation
-Analyse und Behebung von Systemproblemen sowie Support und Beratung der Anwender
-Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
