## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Fachhochschule, Universität o. a.)
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer oder mehreren der o. a. Rollen (Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach) vorzugsweise im SAFe-Kontext
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Methoden wie Scrum, Kanban oder Lean sowie Erfahrung in der Anwendung entsprechender Tools von Vorteil
 * Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
 * Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Change-Prozessen und Transformationen
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Tools (Confluence, Jira, MS 365 Office etc.)
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
 * Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute sprachliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
 * Führerschein B und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 5-10 % der Tätigkeit)

* Förderung agiler Methoden und Prinzipien im Team und im Unternehmen
 * Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Moderation agiler Zeremonien
 * Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen zur Optimierung der Teamperformance
 * Unterstützung der Teams bei der Umsetzung von Sprints
 * Synchronisation zwischen Teams und Stakeholdern sicherstellen
 * Coaching und Schulung von Teams, Product Ownern und Führungskräften
 * Förderung einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserungskultur und agiler Denkweise
 * Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung agiler Prozesse und Strukturen
 * Durchführung von Workshops, Trainings und Mentoring-Sessions
