 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im System Engineering oder in der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung oder ausgeprägtes Interesse an einer Leitungsfunktion
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server/Client, Microsoft 365 sowie Firewall- und Netzwerksystemen
 * Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit lösungs- und serviceorientierter Denkweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Zu den Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereichen der Positionen zählen folgende Schwerpunkte:

 * Planung, Priorisierung und Steuerung von Projekten sowie Ressourcenmanagement
 * Qualitätssicherung, Prozessoptimierung und Weiterentwicklung interner Standards
 * Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Helpdesk und Geschäftsführung
 * Coaching, Entwicklung und Motivation der Teammitglieder
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung im Infrastruktur- und Projektbereich
 * Unterstützung bei komplexen 2nd-/3rd-Level-Themen im Microsoft-Umfeld und Mitwirkung bei Architekturentscheidungen und Projektumsetzungen
