 * Nachvollziehen komplexer Abläufe über Code, Oracle-/PostgreSQL-Datenbanken, REST-/SOAP-Schnittstellen sowie Hintergrundprozesse hinweg
 * Systematische Ursachenanalyse bei schwer reproduzierbaren Fehlern sowie Aufbau geeigneter Diagnostik, Tests und Observability
 * Schrittweise Modernisierung bestehender Komponenten bei gleichzeitigem Erhalt des fachlichen Verhaltens
 * Gewährleistung von Sicherheit, Stabilität, Skalierbarkeit und Performance der Anwendungen
 * Code-Reviews, technische Konzeptarbeit und verständliche Dokumentation wichtiger Systemzusammenhänge
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Support und Fachbereichen bei der Klärung fachlicher Regeln und technischer Randbedingungen
