 * Anpassung und Konfiguration für Sales-, Operations-, Customer Support- und Field Service-Teams inkl. Automatisierungen
 * Umsetzung lokaler Anpassungen mit Logic Apps und Erstellung von Reports/Dashboards in Power BI
 * Entwicklung und Betreuung von Schnittstellen
 * Technischer 2nd Level Support, Dokumentation und Consulting gemeinsam mit dem Team
