## About the Role

* A minimum of 5 years of professional Mendix experience in application design, solution architecture, or lead development, supported by an Advanced or Expert certification or equivalent hands-on expertise.

 * Strong experience translating business needs into scalable Mendix solutions, with expertise in Studio Pro, domain modelling, microflows/nanoflows, security, deployment, modular architecture, and solution design.

 * Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with AI in Mendix, including tools such as Maia, GenAI connectors, ML Kit, AI Bot Starter, or custom AI integrations, combined with a solid understanding of AI fundamentals such as LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent patterns.

 * Familiarity with modern integration patterns and platforms, including REST APIs, OData, event-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud environments such as Mendix Cloud, Azure, or AWS.

 * Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with experience leading workshops, presenting solutions, managing stakeholders, and bridging business, technology, and AI opportunities.

 * Strong communication, mentoring, and commercial awareness, with the ability to explain complex technology and AI value clearly to both clients and colleagues.

 * Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
