* Bachelor, Master or PDEng in Data Science or other quantitative fields.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch and/or Spanish is pre).
 * Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
 * Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration based on Scrum or Agile.
 * Experience working with and creating data architectures.
 * Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques and advanced statistical techniques.
 * A drive to learn and master new technologies, techniques and processes.
 * Coding knowledge and experience with several languages: C | C++ |Java | R |Python |SLQ.

 * Excited about solving problems in multidisciplinary teams and the ability to motivate and coach/train clients and colleagues on data science related matters
 * International oriented and capable to deal and adapt with various cultures.
