## About the Role

Je hebt gevoel voor kwaliteit en weet hoe je dat overbrengt op een team. Je stelt de juiste vragen, denkt een stap vooruit en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar dingen niet altijd vaststaan.

* Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
 * Minimaal 2 jaar testervaring, bij voorkeur in Agile of DevOps omgevingen
 * In het bezit van TMAP of ISTQB certificaten is een pré
 * Affiniteit met testautomatisering en moderne tooling
 * Communicatief sterk, analytisch en nieuwsgierig
 * Woonachtig in Nederland en de Nederlandse taal machtig

## Description

Als agile tester werk je in multidisciplinaire teams bij klanten die agile werken of die die stap aan het zetten zijn. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt als het om testen en kwaliteit gaat. Je helpt teams bij het scherp krijgen van acceptatiecriteria, denkt mee over de juiste testaanpak en brengt risico's vroeg in beeld. Je test handmatig en geautomatiseerd en zet tooling in waar het echt waarde toevoegt.

Afhankelijk van je interesse pak je ook een coördinerende rol op. Denk aan het opstellen van een detailplanning, het coachen van teamleden of het rapporteren aan betrokken partijen. Bij kleinere teams doe je meer zelf, bij grotere trajecten werk je samen met collega's in verschillende rollen.

Naast je werk bij klanten draag je actief bij aan kennisdeling binnen de organisatie. Er is ruimte om mee te werken aan testautomatisering trajecten, workshops of opleidingen als je die ambitie hebt.
