## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting

 * Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic understanding of virtual environments (VMware)
 * Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Good communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, * Previous help desk or customer support experience (including internships)
 * Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)
 * Korean-English bilingual ability is a plus

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs
 * Ability to set up and relocate IT equipment (desktops, monitors, printers)

## Description

* Provide technical support to end users (onsite and remote)
 * Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, and peripherals
 * Manage user accounts in Active Directory (create, modify, disable)
 * Support email and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Webex
 * Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, DNS, DHCP issues)
 * Install and update software applications
 * Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware/software)
 * Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
 * Support and troubleshoot cloud-based phone/VoIP system
