## Description

We are currently seeking a Transport and Compliance System Coordinator to join our Estates and Facilities department at The Bedford College Group.

As a Coordinator, you play an important role in the success of our students through:

 * Transport Service Coordination & Delivery - Manage the day-to-day operation of student transport services, coordinating external bus, minibus, and taxi providers to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transport for students.
 * Stakeholder Communication & Support - Act as the main point of contact for transport-related enquiries, providing clear information to students, parents, staff, and transport providers while managing incidents, complaints, and service disruptions.
 * Operational Planning & Continuous Improvement - Support route planning, timetable management, capacity reviews, and service enhancements to improve safety, efficiency, value for money, and the overall student experience.
 * Compliance Systems & Reporting - Maintain and update Estates compliance software, manage records, produce reports, monitor system issues, and support the effective use of maintenance and compliance systems across the Group.
 * Collaboration, Compliance & Professional Standards - Work closely with Estates, Safeguarding, Admissions, Finance, and Curriculum teams, ensuring all activities comply with safeguarding, EDI, health & safety, and organisational policies while contributing to continuous improvement.
