 * Lifecycle Expertise: Clear, end-to-end understanding of the hardware lifecycle from dock to disposal.
 * Excel Skills: Proficient in VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and multi-source data reconciliation.

## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise environment. You will take ownership of the full hardware lifecycle-from procurement and deployment to refresh and e-waste-for assets including PCs, iPhones, and iPads.
The primary focus of this role is maintaining a highly accurate ServiceNow CMDB and ensuring data integrity across various platforms., * Full Lifecycle Management: Manage hardware from procurement tracking and receiving to tagging, deployment, refresh cycles, and certified e-waste disposal.

 * CMDB Data Integrity: Maintain and reconcile asset records across ServiceNow CMDB, Flexera, and active discovery tools to ensure audit readiness.
 * Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with department heads and business owners to drive compliance, enforce asset policies, and recover aging hardware smoothly.
 * Procurement & Financial Tracking: Monitor purchase orders, vendor deliveries, warranties, EOL/EOS timelines, and contract terms.
 * Reporting & Data Analysis: Use Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to track deployment trends, analyze inventory variances, and generate compliance reports.
