You'll demonstrate: * A positive and proactive attitude. * Strong collaboration and team-working skills. ## Description This role will report into the Change, Adoption and Learning Practice and will support the delivery of change management activities across client transformation programmes. The Change Consultant plays an important role in helping clients prepare for and adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. Working alongside senior and lead consultants and project teams, you will contribute to the design and delivery of change, communication, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities that help drive successful transformation outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their consulting career who is passionate about helping people through change and eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced consulting environment.
