Desirable * Experience within Automotive Retail or a multi-site retail business. * Experience working within Agile delivery environments. * Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and modern digital marketing platforms., * Takes ownership and is proactive. * Brings high energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude. * Works at pace, removes obstacles and enables delivery rather than creating unnecessary process or delays. * Builds strong relationships across Marketing, Business Systems and the wider business. * Is commercially minded and customer focused. * Is technically confident and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Enjoys solving problems and driving continuous improvement. * Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities. * Is curious, embraces innovation and is always looking for better ways of working. ## Description Sytner Group is looking for a proactive, commercially focused Website Manager to own and develop one of the UK's largest automotive retail websites. Working within Group Marketing, you'll work closely with Business Systems, Software Engineering and external partners to continually improve our digital platforms. This isn't a software engineering role, but you must be technically minded, comfortable discussing modern web technologies and able to translate business requirements into successful digital solutions.
