Desirable Skills & Experience: * Ideally, Workday Reporting. * Demonstrated understanding of the current state of automation, continuous integration/deployment, and cloud-based delivery models. * Comfortable discussing technical issues with business stakeholders and business issues with technical teams. * Ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences and craft compelling messages tailored for a given audience. * Demonstrated business domain and/or industry knowledge. * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and clients. * Effective cross-functional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into information models. * Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrated leadership and self-direction. * Experience in consulting or professional services. ## Description As a Workday Finance Manager - Reporting, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their finance transformation journeys, focusing on the design, development, and optimisation of Workday Financials reporting. You will work on both advisory- and delivery of projects, helping clients define their solution architecture reporting requirements, streamline end-to-end processes, and leverage Workday technology to achieve maximum business benefits and ROI.
