## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
 + Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support role
 + Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
 + Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
 + Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
 + Good communication and customer service skills
 + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications

 + Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
 + Experience with cloud services, cybersecurity basics, or virtualization
 + Knowledge of IT asset management and documentation practices
 + Fluency in Spanish and English preferred

## Description

YKPCX SL is seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all hardware, software, and network services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

 + Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
 + Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
 + Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, email systems, and business applications
 + Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity issues, and user access problems
 + Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets
 + Monitor IT systems and assist in maintaining network performance and security
 + Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance
 + Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures
 + Assist with onboarding and setup of IT equipment for new employees
 + Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary
