+ Native or advanced level in polish and english
 + Proven experience working with Shopify
 + Proficiency in BaseLinker and Allegro
 + Solid understanding of e-commerce operations and digital sales mechanisms.
 + Analytical thinking and the ability to draw actionable insights.
 + Creative mindset and a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
Nice to have: experience in digital marketing, familiarity with Klaviyo, and basic UX/UI knowledge.

At Natulim we improve classic cleaning products. We make products that are waste-free, practical to use and contain ingredients that are good for the skin and the planet.
Our main product is a laundry detergent in a biodegradable strip format that dissolves in the washing machine.
Your mission will be to develop effective advertising strategies, drive our company's growth, and maximize the performance of our campaigns.

As we expand, we're looking for an Ecommerce specialist. Your role will be key in developing strategies that drive our growth and maximize our impact in the Polish market remotely.
Your responsibilities:

 + Managing and optimizing **product merchandising** across our online store - ensuring product visibility, appeal, and alignment with sales strategy.
 + Daily use of **BaseLinker** and **Allegro** for product listings, inventory updates, and order management.
 + Creating and managing **omnichannel marketing campaigns** (email, SMS) using **Klaviyo**, in coordination with sales and promotional calendars.
 + Developing and maintaining content for product and landing pages to enhance customer engagement and SEO performance.
 + Supporting and contributing to **website updates** and **UX/UI improvements** to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
 + Conducting **basic analysis** of sales data and marketplace performance to identify trends and opportunities.
 + Managing product listings with attention to detail - ensuring quality content, completeness, relevant keywords, and up-to-date information.
 + Monitoring market trends and competitors, and proposing marketing and pricing strategies to gain a competitive edge.
 + Supporting the **customer service** team by handling more complex or product-related inquiries.
 + Collaborating with the marketing team on **brand visibility initiatives**, product promotions, and campaign execution across digital channels., If you are passionate about e-commerce and advertising, this is a unique opportunity to make an impact and be part of a project with values.
