## About the Role

+ Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to handle situations in an efficient and professional manner.
 + Must have a sense of team response to satisfy sales goals and assure 100% customer satisfaction.
 + IT Knowledge:
o Familiarity with Excel (e.g., understanding of pivot tables).
o Troubleshooting skills (e.g., what to do when a password isn't accepted).

 + Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
 + Experience with ticketing tools like Jira (or OTRS Bosch) is highly valued.
 + Knowledge of SAP is desirable

Main Responsibilities:

 + UPDATE USER DATA in the "Mi Bosch Car Service" App and web platform.
 + DRIVE IMPROVEMENT CAMPAIGNS for digital functionalities, ensuring an enhanced user experience.
 + PROVIDE ADVANCED TECHNICAL SUPPORT to our global teams, particularly for more technical incidents, collaborating directly with developers.
 + MANAGE AND RESOLVE ISSUES for users across two key markets, operating in German and English.
