We're looking for an RPA Developer for our Barcelona office, with a hybrid model of three remote workdays per week.
Your Mission:
As an RPA Developer, you will have the opportunity to implement a variety of business process automations using modern technologies. In this role, you won't just build automations - you'll also be expected to think critically about how processes can be improved across all Talenom units.
Your main responsibilities will include:

 * Analysing internal business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
 * Designing, developing and deploying automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath or Robot Framework.
 * Writing custom scripts and components, mainly in Python, tailored to the specific needs of each process.
 * Collaborating with various departments (accounting, tax, legal, etc.) to understand their workflows and help optimise them.
 * Documenting technical solutions and keeping process manuals and diagrams up to date.
 * Monitoring and maintaining robots in production to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
 * Taking part in global team meetings to share progress, challenges and potential improvements.
 * Supporting internationalisation projects by adapting automations for different markets or business units.
 * Contributing to the continuous improvement of both automated and manual processes.
