## Description

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams im Bereich Software Engineering (idealerweise im .NET-Umfeld)
 * Verantwortung für die Organisation, Koordination und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprojekten
 * Konzeption und Gestaltung nachhaltiger technischer Lösungsansätze sowie Systemarchitekturen
 * Beobachtung aktueller Technologietrends und Bewertung ihres Mehrwerts für den Unternehmenseinsatz
 * Etablierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Entwicklungsstandards, Prozessen und Best Practices
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie technischen und organisatorischen Schnittstellen
 * Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung der Teammitglieder
