## Description

* Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs unserer Shopware B2B eCommerce-Plattform sowie 3rd Party Systeme (z.B. OCI Punchout oder andere B2B Features)
 * Analyse und Lösung von Incidents und Service Requests entlang der gesamten Systemlandschaft
 * Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und internationalen Teams
 * Überwachung zentraler Backend-Prozesse und Datenflüsse (z. B. Bestellungen, Artikelstammdaten, Schnittstellen)
 * Aufbau und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Runbooks zur nachhaltigen Fehlerbehebung und Self-Service
 * Nutzung von KI-Tools und Automatisierungen zur Effizienzsteigerung im Support
 * Identifikation wiederkehrender Probleme und aktive Weiterentwicklung von Plattform und Prozessen
