* Du hast eine IT-Ausbildung oder ein IT-Studium in Fachinformatik, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
 * Praktische Erfahrung in der Linux-Administration, zB. mit RHEL, CentOS / Oracle Linux
 * Erfahrung mit Container-Orchestrierung, idealerweise Kubernetes und Helm
 * Erste Berührungspunkte mit Public Clouds wie AWS oder Azure
 * Grundkenntnisse in einer Skript- oder Programmiersprache wie Python, Go oder Bash
 * Freude an Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code mit Ansible oder Terraform
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung in und Spaß an einer DevOps- und GitOps-Kultur
 * Interesse an Observability- und Security-Themen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Als Platform Engineer gestaltest du die Plattform, auf der unsere Entwicklungsteams ihre Software bauen, ausrollen und betreiben. Sie bildet die Basis, auf der unsere novomind SaaS Products skalierbar, effizient und sicher betrieben werden und für Projektteams sowie Kunden rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung stehen. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du diese Plattform aktiv weiter und übernimmst gern Verantwortung für ihre Zukunftsfähigkeit.
Dabei setzen wir sowohl auf unsere Private Cloud im eigenen Rechenzentrum als auch auf die Public Clouds von AWS und Azure.

 * Du wirkst am Entwurf sowie an der Implementierung von Infrastrukturlösungen auf Basis von Linux und Kubernetes mit
 * Du baust eine Internal Developer Platform auf, die unseren Entwicklungsteams standardisierte Self-Service-Wege und verlässliche Golden Paths, z.B. über wiederverwendbare Pipeline- und Service-Templates, bietet
 * Du automatisierst die Systemprovisionierung über bestehende APIs, auch bei Bare-Metal-Systemen sowie Netzwerk- und Storage-Komponenten
 * Du entwickelst unsere CI/CD- und GitOps-Workflows für sicheres Configuration Management und nachvollziehbare Deployments weiter
 * Du baust Monitoring und Observability für hohe Verfügbarkeit und schnelle Fehlerdiagnosen aus
 * Du entwickelst unsere Plattform in Richtung einer Zero-Trust-Architektur weiter, z.B. mit PKI und Secrets Vault
