 * Finanzielle Transparenz & Einhaltung von Reporting-Standards (Auftragseingang, Umsatz, Kosten, Ergebnis, Bilanz, Cashflow)
 * Quantifizierung von Kostenabweichungen, Verzögerungen, Mehraufwänden & vertraglichen Risiken; Entwicklung von Gegenmaßnahmen
 * Aufbau & Steuerung einer strukturierten Claim-Strategie
 * Finanzplanung, Forecasting, Controlling & Abweichungsanalysen
 * Abstimmung mit Projekt- & Teilprojektleitern zu Ressourcenplanung & Personalprognosen
 * Identifikation, Bewertung & Steuerung von Risiken & Chancen
 * Unterstützung bei kommerziellen Verhandlungen; Hauptansprechpartner für kaufmännische Fragen
 * Proaktiver Beziehungsaufbau zu kaufmännischen Ansprechpartnern auf Kundenseite
 * Sicherstellung eines ordnungsgemäßen kaufmännischen Projektabschlusses
