## Description

* Unterstützung bei Supportanfragen der Kunden
 * Planung, Aufbau und Administration der ERP-Systembasis (Applikationsserver, Datenbanksysteme) übernehmen, als auch die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der ERP-Systembasis im Hinblick auf Hochverfügbarkeit und Disastertoleranz die zugrundeliegenden Betriebssysteme (Linux) administrieren
 * ERP-Systeme installieren und konfigurieren, Benutzer- und Zugriffsrechte steuern, als auch die - Durchführung von Upgrades erledigen und planen den reibungslosen Betrieb sicherstellen, die Systemleistung optimieren
