* Technische Qualifikation mindestens auf Techniker-/Fachwirtniveau oder Studium in Maschinenbau, Flugzeugbau, Elektrotechnik oder Ingenieurwesen

 * Erfahrung im Flugzeugbau, in Arbeitssicherheit und technischer Dokumentation
 * Vertiefte SAP-Anwendungskenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace
 * Grundkenntnisse im Lean Management und gute Kenntnisse der Dokumentation in der zivilen Luftfahrt
 * Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher sowie Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Zweischichtbetrieb

## Description

* Technische Unterstützung der Produktion bei Fehlteilen, Abweichungen, Restarbeiten sowie Problemen mit Vorrichtungen und Werkzeugen
 * Bearbeitung von Non-Conformities und Design Query Notes sowie Koordination erforderlicher Freigaben
 * Work-Order-Management für Arbeiten außerhalb des regulären Produktionsablaufs
 * Eskalation wiederkehrender Probleme an Arbeitsvorbereitung, Production Pace Control, Instandhaltung und weitere Supportfunktionen
 * Einbindung der zuständigen Fachbereiche in kontinuierliche Verbesserungsroutinen des Produktionsteams
 * Unterstützung des Kapazitätsmanagements bei Produktionsänderungen und Kompetenzaufbau im Team, * Provide line-side support for missing parts, non-conformities, outstanding work, maintenance issues, jigs and tools
 * Process Design Query Notes and coordinate concessions or technical clarifications where required
 * Perform work-order management for activities outside the regular production sequence
 * Escalate recurring issues to Work Preparation, Production Pace Control, Maintenance, MAP and OSW support functions
 * Involve the relevant support functions in the production team's continuous-improvement routines
 * Support capacity planning during product-life-cycle changes and contribute to competence development
