* Schnittstellen- und Eskalationsmanagement gegenüber Herstellern und dem Business
 * Monitoring, Change- und Patchmanagement der Windows-Systemlandschaft
 * Performance- und Fehleranalysen sowie Betreuung von Kundenapplikationen
 * Konzeption, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von IT-Projekten
 * Durchführung von Disaster-Recovery- und K-Fall-Tests
 * Paketierung und Provisionierung von Softwarepaketen mittels PowerShell
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Windows-Infrastruktur
