 * Proven leadership in multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, and real-time data architectures.
 * Strong executive presence and strategic influence.

## Description

The Principal Solutions Architect leads Sprinklr's most complex and strategic enterprise engagements, setting architectural direction at scale and serving as a senior technical authority across AI driven customer engagement initiatives.

What You'll Do

 * Act as a trusted executive advisor to Sprinklr's largest and most complex enterprise customers.
 * Own end-to-end architectural strategy for largescale, multiyear transformation programs.
 * Define enterprise standards for AI, data, CCaaS, and omnichannel customer engagement architectures.
 * Serve as the final escalation point for complex integration, data, and AI challenges.
 * Influence Sprinklr's product and platform roadmap through deep customer insight.
 * Establish reference architectures and best practices across the global SA organization.
 * Mentor Lead and Senior Solutions Architects and elevate technical excellence.
 * Represent Sprinklr as a thought leader in AI powered CX and enterprise architecture.
