## Description

Rattaché à la responsable paie SIRH/GTA, vos missions principales sont :

 * Administration fonctionnelle - HR4YOU / HR Access :

 * Maintenance évolutive et corrective en lien avec les éditeurs / intégrateurs / TMA ;
 * Paramétrage fonctionnel et gestion des accès ,
 * Pilotage et traitement des opérations de production courantes de la paie ,
 * Gestion des campagnes (participation / intéressement, NAO, variables...).

 * Administration technique & projets SIRH

 * Gestion des interfaces avec les SI connexes ;
 * Support technique et résolution des incidents utilisateurs, en lien avec les équipes MOA et les prestataires externes ;
 * Analyse des besoins d'évolution et proposition de solutions techniques adaptées ;
 * Participation aux projets d'intégration et de migration des systèmes RH, dans le respect des normes et méthodes MOE ;
 * Veille technologique et fonctionnelle sur les solutions SIRH ;
 * Développement et tests de l'application de paie selon les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques ;
 * Surveillance des logs et tables ;
 * Documentation des applications, interfaces et procédures techniques ;
 * Pilotage de la TMA ;
 * Mise à disposition de requêtes types sous HR Design ;
 * Intégration de fichiers de données dans les SI.
