## Description

Au sein d'un service informatique structuré, il/elle assurera le support - hotline informatique auprès de professionnels de santé.

Parmi ses missions :

 - Téléinstallation de logiciels et systèmes professionnels

 - Formation des utilisateurs

 - Conseil aux clients en accord avec la politique interne

 - Aide au diagnostic technique à distance

 - Prise en charge du suivi technique des clients
 - Installation et maintenance des solutions, produits et services distribués par la société
 - Promotion et participation à l'image de la société auprès de tous les interlocuteurs
 - Reporting

 - Implication dans tout type de SAV (logiciel et matériel)

L'essentiel des interventions sont réalisées en téléassistance.

Néanmoins, des déplacements chez les clients (toute France) peuvent être ponctuellement envisagés.
