## Description

Assurer le support technique de niveau 1 et 2 auprès des utilisateurs et résoudre les incidents liés aux applications et aux environnements informatiques.

 - Diagnostiquer et traiter les anomalies applicatives, en réalisant des analyses techniques et en assurant le suivi des tickets jusqu'à leur résolution.
 - Participer au développement et à la maintenance évolutive et corrective d'applications en environnement .NET / C#.
 - Développer des correctifs, scripts et petites fonctionnalités afin d'améliorer les outils et applications existants.
 - Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation technique et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des procédures de support et des applications.
