## Description

Gestion et exploitation des systèmes :

Définir et optimiser les procédures d'exploitation.

Automatiser les installations et intégrations de systèmes (from scratch).

Assurer la maintenance préventive, corrective et évolutive des infrastructures (supervision, sauvegarde, restauration).

Administrer les habilitations et garantir le respect des règles de sécurité.

RUN :

 - Assurer le suivi des tickets d'alerte et leur résolution (N1/N2).

 - Maintenir les systèmes en conditions opérationnelles, gérer les incidents et les changements.

 - Superviser les performances et optimiser les systèmes (indicateurs de coût, délai, performance).

BUILD:

 - Participer à la mise en production et au renouvellement des machines.

 - Installer et configurer des middlewares (Apache HTTPD, Tomcat, IIS, etc.).

 - Contribuer à l'automatisation des processus CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).

Support et amélioration continue:

 - Assurer un support technique aux équipes de développement.

 - Anticiper les besoins et évolutions des systèmes.

 - Contribuer à la documentation technique et aux retours d'expérience (REX).

 - CI/CD et scripts : Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Powershell, Python.

 - Ordonnancement: Gestion avancée des workflows.
