 * Praxiserfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA, PLM/MES, Cloud- und Integrationsarchitekturen, Data & Analytics/BI sowie Grundkenntnisse in Datenaufbereitung, Prototyping/Prompting (RAG/Assistants) und Chancen-/Risikobetrachtung
 * Storylining für Management-Gremien, Verhandlungs- und Konfliktfähigkeit, Lieferanten- und Partnersteuerung
 * Strukturierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit Outcome-Fokus, Hands-on-Mentalität, sauberem Controlling (KPIs, Forecast, RAID) sowie Teamführung, Mentoring und Förderung von Zusammenarbeit
 * Kenntnisse in ASPICE, IATF 16949, ISO 27001/TISAX, UNECE R155/R156, Process Mining, Lean/OpEx, Catena-X, S&OP/IBP, Cyber Security

## Description

* End-to-End-Projektleitung: Verantwortung für Scope, Zeit, Budget und Qualität von Automotive- & Industrieprojekten von Initiierung bis Go-live
 * Steuerung & Governance: Durchführung von Lenkungskreisen, Stakeholder-Management, Risiko-, Issue- und Change-Management sowie Qualitätssicherung
 * Business-IT-Integration: Aufnahme von Anforderungen, Erstellung von Roadmaps und Business Cases, Vorbereitung von Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen
 * Digitale Fertigung & Supply Chain: Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von PLM/MES/MOM, IT/OT-Integration, Umsetzung von Shopfloor-Use-Cases, Optimierung von S&OP/IBP-Prozessen, Integration von TMS/WMS und Ökosystemen (z. B. Catena-X)
 * Enterprise IT, Daten & KI: Entwicklung von Zielarchitekturen (z. B. SAP S/4HANA), Gestaltung von Cloud- und Integrationslandschaften, Aufbau von Datenplattformen & BI-Lösungen, Identifikation, PoC-Erstellung und Industrialization von KI-Use-Cases
