Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. ## Description The Digital Systems Operator supports the daily operation of digital systems and related software, including monitoring performance and assisting with routine maintenance, upgrades, and system enhancements. This role executes established processes, documents issues, and supports system changes to ensure reliable and efficient digital operations. The position works with internal teams to carry out approved system updates and process improvements in alignment with organizational standards and procedures. This position will assist in fulfilling the mission of the credit union and will create and maintain loyalty with both internal/external members and vendors. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional service to both internal and external members and demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's Do More Good culture by fostering a positive work environment and promoting our core values in all interactions. * Monitor the daily operation and performance of digital systems and related software to ensure availability, accuracy, and reliability. * Perform all upgrades/releases and coordinate necessary testing in a timely and efficient manner ensuring that our digital systems are functional and all supporting documentation is in compliance. * Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including user setup, configuration updates, and scheduled upgrades, following established procedures.
