## About the Role

* Experience in web application development using TypeScript (5+ years)
 * Experience in designing and implementing backends using REST APIs and databases (RDBs).
 * Experience in developing applications utilizing LLM (OpenAI API, Claude API, etc.)
 * Practical experience in AI-driven development using CloudCode/Codex, etc. (personal or professional experience)
 * Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese for business purposes.

Welcome Skills

 * Experience in web application development using full-stack TypeScript.
 * Experience handling unstructured data, including AI-OCR and image processing.
 * Experience in designing and operating workflow engines
 * Experience in building and operating infrastructure on AWS (including IaC such as Terraform)
 * Experience in developing industry-specific business systems for distribution, logistics, manufacturing, and other sectors.

 * Those who are willing to invest in AI-driven development to dramatically increase development productivity.
 * We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire process, from technology selection to product implementation.
 * Someone who can move forward by repeatedly testing hypotheses in the highly uncertain initial phase.
 * We are looking for someone who can understand our clients' business challenges and design solutions (someone who is also proactive in conducting business interviews and providing implementation support at client sites).
 * Someone who can work in a small team, without being limited to a specific role, and who can proactively pick up on necessary tasks and take action.
