## About the Role

* Strong analysis fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.
 * Excellent written & verbal communication skills to present/communicate ideas effectively across different audiences, such as customers and internal stakeholders.
 * Ability to take ownership of customer success and drive customer satisfaction.
 * Ability to successfully manage your tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
 * Hands-on experience using tools to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco or other vendors' products and solutions.
 * Ability to identify network topologies, build lab setups and collaborate with multiple technologies to replicate and resolve problems.
 * Willingness to learn new skills to support different technologies and adapt to business needs.
 * Ability to gather business requirements, develop and implement working solutions to fulfill requirements.
 * Strong ability to work with different cross-functional teams.
 * Ability to work as a great teammate and work with minimal supervision.

Desired Technical Skills:

 * Expertise with Cisco networking equipment specializing on routing and switching
 * Expertise with large scale data center technologies to include leaf/spine networks
 * Expertise with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise level large, multi-site, multi-vendor WANs
 * Expertise in deployment automation, vulnerability remediations, updates and configuration of routing and switching systems
 * Expertise with oversight of a team running a trouble ticket system
 * Demonstrated success using modern DevOps methods and tools including automated testing tools and monitoring tools, * Active CCIE preferred
 * Bachelor's Degree preferred
 * Minimum 10 years experience
 * US Govt clearance will be required which we will provide background check, * Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

 * Computer networking: 10 years (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Raleigh, NC 27629
