## Description

* Our Client is seeking a Senior Manager of Identity Management to lead the organization's IAM strategy, operations and transformation initiatives. This role blends executive leadership, technical depth and business engagement across identity modernization, governance and security.

What You Will Do

 * Lead IAM strategy and roadmap

 * Drive Active Directory to Entra ID modernization

 * Oversee identity lifecycle management

 * Lead IGA initiatives

 * Modernize MFA and Zero Trust capabilities

 * Partner with 3rd party vendors on identity initiatives (SAP)

 * Manage IAM team and vendors

 * Engage business stakeholders and executives.
